All our dresses are custom-made and crafted specifically to your order. Therefore, we do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
However, we understand that sizing concerns may arise. In case of a sizing issue, we offer a size exchange only, subject to the following conditions:
* Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
* The garment must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
* Customers are required to provide clear photographs and measurements to support the exchange request.
* Shipping charges for size exchanges may be applicable and will be borne by the customer unless otherwise specified.
* Customized design changes, color variations due to screen settings, and minor handmade variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for exchange.
